The mission of ERBR is to provide a comprehensive sports and educational experience by offering opportunities to experience interpersonal growth, social development and lifelong skills due to healthy competition through our sports offerings. ERBR through a volunteer base, understands and promotes an environment of social interaction, good sportsmanship, education and family, while fostering a safe and competitive atmosphere where participants can begin to pursue their dreams.
